Obtaining informed consent from research participants is central to ethical research practice, yet this is a process which is often not widely understood. This website provides information on, and resources arising from, a project funded under the ESRC's Research Methods Programme which sought to identify and disseminate best practice in relation to informed consent for researchers working in the areas of childhood, youth, ageing and health.
